1. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation. Your order will be processed once the required payment or verification has been completed.

2. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance payment of Rs. 250 may be required separately as delivery charges. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.

3. Bank Deposit & Advance Payment

Customers who choose to pay the full order amount in advance via bank transfer may be eligible for free delivery, as mentioned in the applicable offer.

4. Payment Verification

After making an advance or full payment, customers must send a payment screenshot on our WhatsApp number for verification. Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment verification.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests are subject to our store's return policy and must meet the applicable conditions.
